From 24 to 28 October 2023, the restaurant will celebrate the freshest in-season ingredients of Ishikawa, Japan with an exquisite seafood-focused menu crafted by Chef-Owner Mitsutaka Sakamoto alongside a stellar line-up of Ishikawa alcohol. ‘Jewels of Ishikawa’ is an exciting collaboration as a result of Chef’s close ties with producers, and offers diners the opportunity to be acquainted with the prefecture’s top notch ingredients.

AN EXCLUSIVE ISHIKAWA-FOCUSED MENU
Available for lunch and dinner, this luxurious time-limited prix fixe menu ($500++ with alcohol pairing; $450++ food only) showcases Chef Sakamoto’s finesse in working with the treasured ingredients such as hairy crab, black abalone and nodokuro or blackthroat seaperch, featured in eight courses plated on intricate tableware also specially sourced from the prefecture[Client to advise if all the plates and bowls are only from Ishikawa].
Diners who choose the alcohol pairing menu will embark on the Ishikawa experience with a Koshihikari Ale. Produced by Waku Waku Brewery, this light and uplifting beer is made with locally-grown short-grain Koshihikari rice that is known for its sweet flavour – an ideal way to rouse the palate.
